We do not ship to post office boxes.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated based upon the total cost of merchandise in your order. Orders over $45 are shipped free within the contiguous USA only .Shipments to Canada are specifically next-day air and extra charges apply.
Order status & history Registered customers can review their order status and history online.
Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. If you would like to register as a customer, select the log-in tab at the top of this page. If you do not wish to register, you may request order information by calling 1-800-596-6113 or by sending an e-mail. Please provide the home address you used in placing the order in question, so we can respond more quickly and accurately.
Returning merchandise
No returns are accepted after 15 days. Items which have been used in any way, or not returned in original , undamaged packaging will not be accepted .
All returns that are not due to error on our behalf will be subject to deduction of shipping fees and card processor fees that were incurred to get the order to you.

If you would like to return a product, please contact us (1-800-596-6113) for return instructions... DO NOT send the product to the manufacturer. If you send a product directly to the manufacturer you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
If you received a gift card with your purchase, the value of the gift card will be deducted before a credit is applied.
